Repligen’s $1.5B BioLife Deal Puts Cell-Therapy Infrastructure at the Center of Bioprocessing
Repligen agreed to acquire BioLife Solutions in a cash-and-stock transaction with an enterprise value of approximately $1.5 billion. BioLife adds biopreservation media, cell-processing tools, and recurring consumables used across the cell-therapy manufacturing chain. The combination is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
